王杰 饲料加工与质量安全创新团队

1989年出生,挪威生命科学大学(NMBU)毕业,获得博士学位。现为中国农业科学院饲料研究所饲料加工与质量安全创新团队在站博士后。
科研情况
研究方向为饲料功能性物质开发与研究;新型蛋白原料开发与应用;水生动物胆汁酸代谢与机体肝肠健康和肠道微生物的互作研究。作为国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项科研骨干,落实“向微生物要蛋白”大食物观,本人将聚焦一碳气体发酵工程菌选育以及菌体蛋白功能及高值化方面的研究,引领一碳菌蛋白“无中生有”科技前沿,切实缓解我国饲料蛋白紧缺危机。先后获得博士后国际交流计划引进项目、博士后面上项目、院级优秀博士后等资助或荣誉。以一作或者通讯分别在Reviews in Aquaculture、Animal Microbiome、Aquaculture、Frontiers in immunology、Antioxidants、Fish & Shellfish Immunology等国际期刊发表研究论文10余篇。
