She is the Director of National feed drug reference laboratory, leading scientist of CAAS. She is also the Director of health care special committee of China dairy association, State Council Government Special Allowance recipients. She was honored "National Young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions" and "National Heroine Model". She obtained 16 national new veterinary medicine certificates and enacted related standardization. As the first accomplisher, she won the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and five provincial and ministerial level awards.
