Research fields：
My current research direction includes the development of safety detection techniques for feed and animal products and targeted metabolomics research in cultured animals. Focus on the screening and detection technology research of feed anti-nutritional factors, veterinary drugs, prohibited additives and other agricultural chemical pollutants, and further study their residual behavior characteristics in animal tissues and products on this basis; In recent years, targeted metabolomics analysis of metabolic diseases in carnivorous fish has been carried out. I served as the national feed quality and safety risk early warning monitoring general leader, the national feed industry standardization technical committee aquatic feed technology committee, the national feed industry standardization technical committee pet food technology committee and the national feed industry standardization technical committee microorganism and enzyme preparation standardization working group members.
During my work, I presided over more than 20 national provincial and ministerial projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, special scientific research projects of public welfare industry, sub-project of national key research and development of "Blue Granary", formulation and revision of feed standard system, "948" and special financial projects of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, etc. I have published more than 40 papers in Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Food Chemistry, Fish & Shellfish Immunology, Journal of Analytical Toxicology and other domestic and international journals, including more than 20 SCI articles; Participated in the compilation ofas the deputy chief editor; As the first inventor, I have obtained 3 authorized invention patents and 1 software copyright. I have won the first prize of Shennong China Agricultural Science and Technology Award in 2018-2019, and the Advanced Individual of National Feed Science and Technology work of China Feed Industry Association in 2018.
