Research fields：
Dr. Liang comes from the Feed Processing Innovation Team of the Institute of Feed Research, CAAS. Her research mainly focused on nutrient metabolism regulation and feed processing to provide scientific and technology supporting for the efficient utilization of aquacultural feed. Up to now she has held six scientific projects, including the subproject of the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the general and youth programs of the National Natural Science Foundation. In addition, she has published more than 20 academic papers in international journals.
Main research area:
Identifying the endocrine regulation network associated with the brain-gut axis and liver-gut axis of carnivorous fish in response to different protein and starch sources to improve the feeding intake, nutrient sensing, liver and intestinal health.
Investigating the effects of physio-chemical properties of feed ingredients (protein and starch sources) and feed processing parameters on the feeding intake, digestion, absorption of carnivorous fish.
