Min Xue, Professor. Ph.D. Director of Feed Technology Innovation Team, FRI, CAAS. She mainly focus on the study of fish metabolic hepatic and intestinal disease induced by non-integrated nutrition; growth and development of larval fish related with start feeding and nutrition; Broodstock nutrition and reproductive regulation; Physio-chemical profile of protein and energy ingredient during extrusion processing; The principle investigator of the WP3 in the National Key Research and Development Program of China (‘Blue Granary’). The group has published more than 130 publications in international and local language journals and she contributes as the reviewer to more than ten International journals.
