Agricultural Science Leading Talents Class C of CAAS; Experts with special government allowance of the State Council; Outstanding contributions of young experts of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Vice Director in Key Laboratory of Feed Biotechnology, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Member and Chairman (2009; 2021) of the Scientific Committee of the Ninth to Fifteenth International Lactoferrin Congress. Editor-in-Chief of special issue of Front in Microbiol AMP, Associate Editor-in-Chief of Micobiotechnolgy, Editorial board member of Antimicrobial (special issue), Resistance & Chemotherapy (special issue), BBA Biomembranes and Membranes. The winner of the first prize of Shennong China Agricultural Science and Technology Award in 2018-2019 and 6 provincial and ministerial awards, including the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology “Development and application of new antibiotic substitutes for feeding”, presided over more than 20 projects including 863, National Key Technology R&D Program, Major projects for the breeding of new genetically modified organisms, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 948 etc, 196 published articles and were cited more than 2600 times, 27 authorized patents, 5 appraisal results, formulate 5 agricultural industry standards and industry norms, and 2 national key new product certificates.
