孙文娟 猪营养与饲料创新团队

1989年出生,中共党员,毕业于中国农业大学,2017获博士学位。中国农业科学院饲料研究所副研究员。
科研情况
主要从事优质猪肉生产的细胞生理基础及营养调控机制研究;研究方向包括:(1)基于营养素对猪骨骼肌来源成肌成脂细胞的增殖分化以及糖脂代谢调控研究,解析营养改善猪肉品质的分子机制;(2)选择增殖能力强、分化效率高的成肌细胞,创制无血清培养和分化培养基,开发可用于产业化生产的细胞培养猪肉,补充完善优质猪肉生产技术指南。主持省部级以上课题3项, 参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。以第一作者先后在 Stem cell Res. Ther.,Metallomics,J Anim Sci Biotechno.,Sci Rep.发表SCI论文5篇,其中1篇为封面文章。获得杨胜科技奖1项。
